I just read a thread wondering whether anyone’s physician is aware of their chastity gear. That sparked a thought: besides partners, keyholders, and forum regulars, who else in the real world knows about your chastity routine? It might be an accidental reveal or a deliberate disclosure. As for me, only my wife/keyholder is in on it, and I’m fairly certain she’ll keep her mouth shut!:D
