I’ve revised my initial post to clarify that I’m back in a state of continuous locking, driven by my wife’s wish to manage me through orgasm control after she noticed how easily I could release on my own. Being locked for over a decade means it takes me much longer to cum when masturbating freely; however, with her help, I reach climax more quickly. Since I have an enlarged prostate and was advised that avoiding ejaculation might worsen the condition, this time around I’ll be allowed one per week provided I behave well.
