My wife and I experimented with different approaches. We achieved a genuine orgasm after seven days, and also after a month’s time. Once that real orgasm arrives, my urge to please her fades away within a day or two. Consequently, we have agreed that allowing myself one true orgasm per year (or even less) works well for us. A ruined orgasm is acceptable during the denial periods.
