I own a CB 6000 which my wife insists I keep on permanently. However, when I use the ring that feels most comfortable, a ball tends to slip out after a few days, particularly if my scrotum gets cold, causing the device to come off. If I switch to a cage with a ring one size smaller, the pain becomes unbearable within about a week—so bad that I almost faint.
