Like a lot of people, I began with the CB600S. It was comfortable enough for extended wear, but hygiene became a problem. Recently, I picked up an Attica steel cage because it looked most like the CB model overall. The only issue is soreness on one side of my testicles. There’s an irritating line along the balls-side part of the base ring, affecting just that single area. The hinge hasn’t been troublesome, and I apply lubricant to the ring several times daily. The fit isn’t too snug—it seems ideal except for this specific tenderness. Any recommendations?
