Things took a bit of a turn during playtime this afternoon, so I wanted to share a warning story..
I decided to have some fun with my belt and other gear. I ended up wearing Humane Restraints (the leather version): waist-to-waast_ambulatory_401_thumb.png The older tan Sinvention muzzle, 47e375e7ca7f952b82a5ef1e51e714d1.jpg and my Latowski, of course. After everything was securely locked I programmed the timer safe to keep hold of the keys for 2 hours before unlocking. While setting it up I noticed the clock was off and fixed that.
So a couple of frustrating hours passed, and by release time I was eager to get out;) But then it all went very wrong. I entered the code into the safe, it beeped and the green light came on showing the code was right, but… it wouldn’t open. I spent the next few minutes trying the code over and over with no luck o_O:eek:
Now for those who haven’t worn a Sinvention muzzle before, the front straps block your central vision and it feels much more psychologically oppressive than it appears. In my initial panic after realizing the safe wouldn’t open I started trying to force the locks on the muzzle, which resulted in: [photo=“medium”]15367[/photo] After about 20 minutes I got out of the muzzle but broke two buckles along the way:(
Feeling less… trapped;) I googled for tips on picking the locks on Humane Restraints, but finding none I decided to try and break open the safe. Unfortunately I didn’t have any really suitable tools that I could reach without shuffling through the public areas of my building. So I attacked it with a standard dinner knife, some tin snips, and a couple of screwdrivers.

Then I discovered where it all went so wrong. While programming the safe I set it to open on Sunday afternoon… completely forgetting that thanks to the bank holiday, today is actually Monday! D’oh!!!:oops:
