I received my jailbird device roughly three weeks ago and have been wearing it for two of those. It fits almost perfectly, being only about 1/8” longer than my flaccid penis. Comfort is high as long as I don’t get erections. However, nighttime sleep gets quite uncomfortable when they occur. Lube helps somewhat, but more interestingly, restricting the penis further by an extra 1/2” to 3/4” (making it smaller than its natural length) makes sleeping easier because the erections become weaker. So, is choosing a shorter cage length wise? Is keeping the penis in a cage tighter than its flaccid size beneficial? I should also mention that my flaccid penis is very flexible; with some pressure, I can press it until it nearly vanishes without any short-term comfort or circulation issues. This flexibility makes pulling out relatively easy even though the base ring is tight and balls remain trapped. I have enough self-control to resist this temptation, but I wonder if anti-pullout pins would help.
