Full Belts discussion

Hello everyone, I have been working on making my Neosteel hip-style sports belt comfortable for extended wear. Up to now, I’ve kept it on for three days without unlocking, but beyond that point, I need to release myself because of intense discomfort at the base of the penis. The tube is what rubs against the skin on top. Afterward, I have to wait a few days for the sore spot to heal. I’ve bent the front shield multiple times, and it seems to me that I still experience the issue even when I bend the shield so the tube sits quite high (away from the pubic bone). I’ve tried applying skin lotions, hand cream, and vaseline frequently to the area. As for lubrication, Mr. Mende suggested “Stokolan”. It’s a German cream that I haven’t been able to locate locally. A quick look at shows there are several different Stokolans available.. could any of them be The One? What creams do you use? And which ones should we avoid? Another problem I haven’t quite solved is how to “layer” the skin near the base of the penis tube. Sometimes I adjust my skin (plus a bit of fat) so it sits between the front shield and the curved section of the penis tube. I hope that makes sense.. I would welcome any advice on how to improve the comfort of this belt.
