Blue Balls Concerns at Age 58 During Locktober

I’m tackling Locktober solo. I know I should be wearing a chastity cage, and technically that’s against the rules, but it works for me. It’s been three weeks since I last touched myself; even though my streak began before October 1st, I’ve stayed engaged by watching plenty of videos on the topic and sifting through years’ worth of photos. All this has left me feeling pretty frustrated and highly aroused. Here is a curious thing: despite all that pent-up energy, no blue balls! My urologist visit two months back was clear, so I’m in good shape otherwise. At 58, do you think age plays a part? Honestly, I don’t mind lingering with this heightened sense of desire and frustration. Has anyone else here dealt with something like that?
