Is there good belt and ball capture combined?

I find full belt style chastity tricky since I lack defined hips (and let’s face it, I carry a bit of extra weight). Because of this, any belt-type device can slide up and off over my hips. With ball capture devices though, I’m able to draw the flaccid penis outward. Has anyone found a full belt style that successfully includes ball capture? My guess is that having the balls held in place would keep the device from sliding down past my hips (thanks to the ball capture) and also stop it from slipping out when soft due to the belt’s grip.

Or am I just worrying too much?
