I’m tackling this in stages mostly because I spend more time on my phone than at the computer. But I wanted to record and share my journey with you all. I hope you’ll bear with me.

I’m 51, and my girlfriend is 45. We’ve been together for about a year and a half now. If circumstances were different, we’d be married tomorrow. Her youngest daughter is 14, though, and her mom doesn’t quite feel that child is ready yet. A younger or older age might have worked better, but 14 is a tricky stage. The girlfriend has been on her own for the past decade; while she dated during that time, nothing serious stuck because the daughter had never shared her before. Having already raised two wonderful kids herself, I fully respect her timing and won’t push it. My only request was to ensure my physical needs aren’t ignored. We agreed to make sure we get adult time at least every other week, which worked well.

As a guy who enjoys browsing porn and self-pleasure, I already had some familiarity with male chastity devices. Realizing that taking care of myself too frequently did dilute the quality of my orgasms when sharing them with partners, I decided to take the leap. I ordered a cb6000 for two reasons: first, to help her manage these clearly competing responsibilities; and second, to improve my own orgasmic experience.

One evening at her place (not one of our designated adult time nights), I explained what I was doing and why, asking if she would hold the keys. Once I convinced her that such a device actually existed, her response was: no keys means no participation; do whatever you need to do, just don’t wear it around her.

I should mention that by this point we had been dating for about six months and both decided our future lay with each other. So there were no revulsions, breakups, or freakouts. Just a matter of doing what needed to be done. It started very slowly.
