We’ve got a CB 6000s, and I tried to pull out but couldn’t get back in after coming out. I told my mistress what happened; she said not to worry, which was nice of her, and unlocked me so I could go right back into chastity. That same evening she was teasing me, tied me down to the bed, and sat on my face… At first it didn’t seem like much, but then she started fiddling with the device while continuing to tease/sit on top of me.
