Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hi all. I’ve spent nearly five years going back and forth in my CB. Unfortunately, I’ve been single throughout that entire period, so I never had a keyholder. As for the chaste lifestyle, I’m still considered a “beginner.” My question is whether anyone else here began by holding their own key, but more importantly, how did you manage to stop yourself from releasing? Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
