Assistance locating the right cage for someone who grows more than spreads wide

Hello I was wondering if help could be provided. I would like to start long-term chastity. I have dabbled and own a couple of different cages, some working better than others. So far, the one that has worked best is an A271 for reference. Here is my problem: I am a grower. Flaccid, I measure about 1.5 inches; erect, about 5.5 inches. Please note these are just estimates of exact sizes, but the proportion of growth is accurate. What happens to me is that when I put on the cage (the A271), it even fits comfortably for long periods. My issue is that during an erection, the cage extends with my larger erect penis and feels like it might pull my balls off. It is extremely uncomfortable. This occurs with all the cages I have purchased and used. I know a goal is to avoid erections, which I am working on. However, when getting teased in foreplay, I get an erection that hurts badly. More disconcerting for long-term use is that it happens a couple of times at night during nocturnal erections. Unfortunately, I think I may be wondering if I am anatomically correct for long-term use. That said, I was hoping for advice. Does anyone here have similar issues? If so, how did you remedy them? What is the best advice for finding a cage? I really want to embark on long-term chastity and would even consider getting pierced if it facilitates long-term wear.
