My wife follows the non-touching-penis philosophy. About twice per week she indulges me by fondling/tickling/scratching my balls, buttocks, thighs etc. My penis remains untouched. When I come (about 4 times a year), it’s because she ramps up the intensity of this teasing to a level which she knows will cause an ejaculation.
