Hello everyone! This is a somewhat serious topic, but I’ll do my best to keep it light:3 I’m quite new to chastity and want to ensure I can stick to my word. Briefly: I deal with depression. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it does come up. During these “dark” phases…well, i “beat the meat” frequently. Mostly because i lack motivation for other activities, but also since well, it helps! “Knocking off a crafty one” releases endorphins and stabilizes mood, so i’m concerned that shifting from “lots of relief” to “zero” might not be great for my mental health. Has anyone else experienced this? Obviously everyone varies slightly, but I’d appreciate knowing what mental shifts to anticipate. tysm for reading <3
