Anyway, I read about this medication Priligy (Dapoxetine) that JNJ is currently pushing through US FDA trials. It helps delay premature ejaculation, and I’d love to know if anyone has used it or knows more about it? (It’s not yet available in the US ~ don’t ask!)
It belongs to the SSRI class of anti-depressants. These aren’t typically taken unless necessary, but according to Wiki, Priligy is short-acting, which seems perfect for someone preparing for intercourse.

If you read further - I’ve tried Tramadol a few times, but it didn’t seem to help me much. Although, that wasn’t surprising since it also didn’t do much for my pain relief after finger surgery.
