I’ve had a piercing in my foreskin for nearly a year now, but I haven’t yet used it as an active chastity method, which was the original plan.
The procedure involved getting two piercings on either side of the foreskin, running from left to right in my case. The idea is that eventually, a single ring can be used for foreskin infibulation once everything has fully healed.
By threading one ring through both piercings, you prevent the foreskin from retracting completely. This makes it difficult and uncomfortable to reach a pleasurable climax via masturbation.

It’s wise to visit a qualified piercer who is comfortable with this procedure. A good professional will mention the risk of migration because the foreskin moves constantly, but after 12 months mine hasn’t moved and has healed nicely.
Full healing took about six months due to that constant movement. For the first three months, the healing process itself acted as a form of chastity, since any stimulation was quite uncomfortable. I’d recommend keeping those two separate rings in place until they are fully healed.
Once healed with individual rings, you can still enjoy sex and other forms of stimulation. However, if one ring goes through both piercings, penetrative sex might be uncomfortable or even painful (though I haven’t tried it myself; when I do allow intercourse, the piercing is usually removed entirely).
After three months, I stretched my initial small rings up to about 2mm (12g). More recently, I expanded them further to 3.2mm (8g), which was surprisingly easy thanks to the foreskin’s elasticity.
Infibulating my foreskin hasn’t made a pleasurable climax impossible, but if you take your time or enjoy the sensation of stimulation moving from bottom to top, any climax achieved with an infibulated cock may feel less than fully satisfying.

It serves as a constant reminder that your cock doesn’t belong to you. It also makes achieving a fully satisfying orgasm nearly impossible and turns any attempt at penetrative sex into an uncomfortable or painful experience.
At £70 for the pair, it wasn’t cheap, but if you don’t want to wear a bulky device—or like me haven’t had much success with them—it could be a great alternative.
