I’m looking at getting a smaller cage than my CB3k, aiming to keep me held at my small flaccid size. It looks good and I can picture how it works without a foreskin, but does anyone here have experience with keeping one? How do you account for that extra skin and avoid the issue of it poking out the end, along with the risk of pinching?
