The positive update: my wife has secured a job. The downside is that she heads out to work before the children leave for school, meaning we rarely get privacy in our home. This leads me to ask - are there any physical punishment options she can administer without making too much noise? We used to do hard paddling, but that would echo through the doors here. I’m aware of ‘icy-hot’ and tiger balm. I am also looking at a TENS unit as an option. Any other suggestions? Thanks! js
