I’m curious if anyone else dealing with orgasm denial has ever dealt with epididymitis (an infection of the epididymis, that pouch behind the testicle where sperm waits to enter seminal fluid through the vas deferens)? Recently I felt some pain in my testicle which returned the following day. My wife urged me to see a doctor right away and he confirmed an infection. When I asked if ejaculating often affects this risk, he said definitely yes, but it seems rare for that connection to be noted as a side effect of denial? For me, the pain has happened before on its own now and then, always passing. During this last period without release my last orgasm was just over 3 weeks ago, though I had a wet dream two weeks back so it’s not an extreme duration since I did get relief. Any ideas?
