Greetings everyone. I recently entered a D/s training dynamic where my dominant partner has put me into chastity. It’s only been a few days, but giving up that control has been an amazing experience. My wife is enjoying it too!
The problem is the CB-2000 cage causes significant pain. Luckily, my wife (who holds one of the keys alongside my top) is helping me adjust for better comfort. From observing how these devices function, I believe my small scrotum is the culprit. I’ll share as much detail as possible to help those with more experience guide me.

Ring size: I’ve tested various rings and found one that fits firmly without being too tight or cutting off circulation. So far so good.

Spacers/locking pin: With a suitable ring size established, I’m fine-tuning this part. Even with decent spacing, my scrotum gets highly compressed when the cage is on. Online photos show ball sacks hanging down loosely, which seems unlikely for me since mine isn’t very large. Consequently, my sack presses tightly against the CB-2000 cage; it flares out and feels taut. Using larger spacers helps relieve some of this pressure, but then when I relax and go flaccid, the whole assembly can slip off as my testes slide through. Switching to a smaller spacer increases ball squeeze; I manage only a few hours at most, not enough for all day or overnight. The base of my balls feels like they’re burning.
The CB-2000 cage is quite spacious, perhaps even too big. It hangs low enough that the testicles are pushed upward against it, leading to swelling and compression. I plan to file down a component today to create more “breathing room” for my sack.
A smaller A-ring ring could work because (theoretically) it pulls higher up, leaving more space below for the scrotum. However, if the ring is too small, discomfort increases due to restricted blood flow and different types of squeezing.
Overall, I’m learning that the CB-2000 isn’t ideal for my anatomy unless someone suggests modifications. Also, because of its cage size, it pushes my scrotum outward laterally. This causes me to walk with bow-legged posture and makes driving difficult or even risky. Sitting while wearing the CB-2000 is not pleasurable at all.
What are my alternatives? Would a CB-6000s (since I’m small) be better? Cost isn’t an issue, and I’d love to wear it 24/7. However, these CB-xK models focus on clamping the testicles. With my somewhat small scrotum, I wonder if they’re all unsuitable for me?
The CB-6000S seems promising because its cage is more compact than the CB-2000’s, offering more undercarriage space where my small scrotum hopefully won’t be constantly squeezed.
I desperately want to find a chastity method that works. Surrendering control to my top and wife has put me in a form of submission I’ve never felt before and really desire.
