Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hello - I’m new to posting here but have been reading for a long time. My wife and I have experimented with chastity intermittently over the years (mostly keeping it off rather than on), and she’s mentioned wanting to take things more seriously as part of our lifestyle. The challenge we’re dealing with is that she wants the flexibility to keep me locked up for extended periods (weeks at a time) without having to deal with daily cleaning routines. She isn’t sure I can be trusted to handle it myself once I’ve been in there for a while, and she doesn’t want the hassle of removing my device every couple of days just for hygiene. Right now we’re using a CB-6000, but after a few days it really starts to smell unless I dedicate 30 to 45 minutes doing a thorough job with shower sprays, qtips, and so on. It’s too much time and energy for me right now. Does anyone here have advice? Specifically, has anyone found ways to use the CB-6000 long-term without taking it out frequently or spending hours each day cleaning around it?
