After a lengthy pause, I’m back in the jailbird cage and my KH is pleased to hold onto the key. Since they widened the space between the base ring and the cage by an eighth of an inch, it’s very comfortable; honestly, there are moments when I forget I have it on at all. The main issue with this model is that it slides out too easily, even with the longest security pin in place. If a chastity device can be pulled off for wanking and then slipped back on without anyone noticing, what’s the point? To solve this, since my PA was already stretched to 7mm, I selected a ring small enough to pass through its bars while hanging from the jailbird’s structure. The screw-on ball of that PA ring is too large to slip between the cage bars; so, as long as the ball is screwed tight once the cage is locked, it cannot come undone. Finally, I threaded a stainless steel wire rope cable through the PA ring and secured it to the padlock as well. This provides solid security for me—without this setup, I might as well take the device off and just promise myself not to pleasure my cock.
That wouldn’t work for long-term wear though, because I couldn’t resist the urge. All in all, the jailbird is very comfortable for extended use.
