i know there are many experienced users in this forum. And i really hope you can help me out with this. Every night i try to sleep with my cage on and every night ends up the same. Around 0200 i have to beg my keyholder to let me out because of the insane pain. When i get longer erections during the night, the ring behind scrotum pulls and IT starts feeling like it’s going to start bleeding soon. The pulling inside the balls is okay by now but this tenderness/tightness feeling. I cant stand. Any advice on how to get rid of it? Please help me!!
