Since it was one of the more affordable choices available, I purchased a CB-6000 chastity device for testing. It doesn’t fit perfectly; right now my best setup uses ring number 4 (the second largest) along with spacer number 4 (the largest). If I switch to a smaller ring, it appears to restrict blood flow enough that I get an immediate hard-on that won’t go down, which seems like a negative. The Holy Trainer (reading that name gives me positive shivers) features an improved A-ring compared to the CB-6000 and might be more comfortable when sitting. But all of these seem to pull on the testicles during a night erection. Probably only full belts are immune to this, but they come with high costs, making them a major financial commitment. So far, my longest continuous locking period has been about a day; I’ve used it mostly as foreplay until now (referencing the introduction thread). This made me consider buying fully enclosed leather pants or slips that wouldn’t tug on the testicles specifically. The downside is you can’t urinate in them easily, but for just one evening, they could make for a pleasant toy. Is there any real concern with devices using the “trapped balls” style?
