really need some advice regarding a very tight scrotum

Hi everyone. Thanks for welcoming my post to the community. I’m very new here. I’ve worn a cage just a few times over the last year or so, but I’d really like to participate in locktober with my wife. It might lead to something more. The problem is that my scrotum/ball sack is extremely tight. Normally, my balls sit inside me and my scrotum is basically flat, looking as if I have no balls at all. When they do hang out, they drop down quite low, which gives enough room for a device. My issue is that once the device is on, when my skin starts to shrink back in, it becomes very painful. It feels like burning. I’ve noticed that if I manually stretch my skin by hand, it will release the discomfort. But soon after, it begins shrinking again. Fortunately there’s no discoloration appearing, so I don’t think I’m causing any damage. Please correct me if I am wrong though. I can’t increase the ring size because when I do, my balls are able to squeeze through the gap as the skin shrinks, and that is even more painful. Any tips or advice would be wonderful. I am currently wearing a cheap Chinese device along with one of those elastic straps that keeps the ring closer to the body. Thanks
