Ruined Versus Post-Orgasm Pain

My sweet spouse and our KH are aiming to have baby number two. I usually stay locked for about three or four days, then finally get to cum inside her. She believes a ruined orgasm isn’t enough, so she ensures I get a proper one, though it’s always followed by POT. After she ruins me, I still feel quite horny and good. But once the POT sets in, I’m drained and spent; it takes a few minutes just to stand up again. It doesn’t seem like it’s hurting my health, but there is pain involved, making me dread having an orgasm again. She also mentioned that I’ve pretty much said goodbye to traditional pleasurable orgasms. So what do you all think? Do you prefer or dislike this more? Is it tougher not having one at all? If she sticks with her plan, my options are being ruined, suffering POT, or getting pegged. Does anyone else have a similar setup?
