Do the balls expand while in use?

I’ve been using our first piece of equipment for roughly six weeks, it’s a CB6000s. We took a pause over the holidays because the tube split and we were waiting on a replacement that the vendor sent free of charge. Before needing to take that break I had become quite accustomed to how the device felt, but now my balls seem to ache slightly again. Is anyone else here noticing their testicles stretching out as time goes by with whatever gear they use? Did it make wearing the device more comfortable? Thank you!
