Hesitation to Re-enter After Release

Since last Monday, after an orgasm and a week of freedom, I’ve started another locked cycle. My spouse unlocked me yesterday for lunch at our usual Mexican spot with family. She firmly believes I shouldn’t wear my chastity device while driving and should relock when we get back home. Somehow, I didn’t lock it up again upon returning. Truthfully, I often feel like I’m handling this alone and wonder why I do it. It’s a poor attitude; I shouldn’t feel that way, but I fall into this rut occasionally despite having done this for some time now. My spouse has improved greatly with MC, yet I am quite impatient and always seem to want more. Does anyone else experience this? How do you overcome these self-centered feelings even when logic tells you otherwise?
