Hi. I’ve been using my CB-3000 for most of a year now. I’m fond of it, but there are some downsides in its setup for me. The primary issue is that the tube is too long; this gives me enough slack to rock the device back and forth so I can reach an orgasm. (I don’t have my foreskin removed, which helps it glide smoothly.) A second big problem is cleaning: because the cover extends along most of the tube’s length, it’s tricky to wash around my penis. Finally—and this might be specific to how my body works or if another design would fix it—nighttime often restricts blood flow to my testicles.
So… I’m planning to upgrade. A clear and affordable option is the CB-6000s. It’s shorter, has more ventilation holes, and features a better base ring than the CB-3000. However, like many others, I’ve been coveting the Jailbird and other metal models. How much of an improvement are they over plastic? Can I realistically wear one 24/7 given my current struggles? With their open structure, do they still reliably stop me from ejaculating? (I assume keeping it tight enough so that even a slight erection leaves no room for movement is key.)
Are there other models worth considering? As a college student, I’m wary of the Jailbird’s higher price tag (though I expect it will be worth it:).
Thanks, neranden
